Minister if Industry and Trade Mounir Fakhri Abdel-Nour said that Egypt does not need to make any concessions to attract foreign investment, noting that Egypt only needs to work with all its power to restore the confidence of the world in the Egyptian economy and the Egyptian people’s ability to achieve his dreams of political and economic stability.
During his meeting with the French Chamber of Commerce, Abdel-Nour asserted that Egypt has all the factors needed to attract investment because of its low labor value compared to the global markets and the expansion of the size of its internal and external markets.
Abdel-Nour said that the completion of the current terrorist threats would provide a suitable environment for investment in Egypt.
The minister affirmed that the ministry takes all needed measures to restore confidence in Egyptian economy, increase exports and create jobs.
Abdel-Nour said that implementing the roadmap and holding parliamentary and presidential elections will help restore confidence in the Egyptian economy.
