Preparations are currently under way to implement the biggest mineral project in Egypt.
According to scientific studies, the area, upon which the project will be established in Egypt‘s eastern desert, estimated at 29,500 feddans, contains some 50 percent of the aggregate mineral wealth in Egypt.
For this reason, the State called this project the “Golden Triangle“.
More, given its great importance, a specialized ministerial committee was formed under the chairmanship of Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade Eng. Hatem Saleh.
For his part, Minister Saleh said the Golden Triangle in the eastern desert of Egypt extends from the area of Edfu southern province of Qena to Marsa Alam on the Red Sea coast eastward to the area Safaga north.
